I was going on this thing making new kinds of origami flowers and found this flower. Then I found that if you make 12 of them then you could put them into a kusudama. I thought I would give it a try and this is what came out. I finally got the chance to use my origami paper. The beads are even made out of origami paper because I lack real beads. xD I'm pretty happy how it turned out though. I think I'll be trying other kusudama in the future. ;D
Here's where I found out how to do it: [link]

This is so awesome! I love anything Japanese and the flower is so beautiful. I can do origami but not this. You are so talented. Rock on and keep up the good work!
Sorry you couldn't make it to Belle's blessing. I would have been awesome to see you.
If you need more origami paper, I have tons. I collect it since it's one of my pastimes. Your kusudama turned out really cool!
It is awesome. You will have to make me some when you get home. Love ya much!!
@LeAnn
There's a chance I might be out there at the end of the semester. Maybe I'll see you then. ;)
@Jenni
Orly? What do you make?
@Ma
Kk. I'll have to get some more paper at Daiso when I get home.
I make a ton of stuff, little animals, traditional Japanese items, geometrical shapes, etc. I've been doing it since I was about 8. I love it! I'll have to show you some of my stuff and my paper.
That would cool if you can come out at the end of the semester. Hopefully we can get down there before midnight. Jeez. Let me know what happens.
