I made this amigurumi to go with a thread that I'm on a lot on Gaia Online. We decided to have an amigurumi along and this time I was able to participate. The along is Autumn themed and that can encompasses Halloween; so don't be surprised if I make something with Halloween colors too. I was very low on the maroon yarn that I decided to use. Jenni took me to a couple of stores yesterday in search for this yarn. Yet, it remained elusive. As you can see I ran out near the end and had to add a black tip to one ear. It's growing on me though. The sweater is able to come off of the cat. I made the collar and ends of the sleeves ribbed to give it more texture.

He turned out really cute, even if we couldn't find the yarn. I like the black tip, though. It gives him character. :)
I like the black tip too, says...don't mess with me...wait...I like the tip.
